  3. Encouraging our faculty and staff to continue their personal &/or professional development is something that I think we already do quite well.

    However, continuing to support the incentive I outlined for Draft Priority #2, which dealt with payscale relating to educational achievements and job experience is of critical importance here.

    Perhaps HR should take some time to re-evaluate the annual offering for our current tuition reimbursement program? (That might encourage more people to pursue an advanced degree...?

    OR...perhaps MCC should investigate the feasibility of adopting several Graduate level programs? At least that way, staff and faculty would be able to pursue their advanced degree(s) whilst having their tuition waived...?
